# Affiliate Program Terms

Share Opus Motion with your audience and earn a share of what the people you bring buy. These terms are the deal, in plain words.

## 1. The program

Imperium Digital Ltd (company number 16433720), trading as Opus Motion, runs this program. You join by applying from the [affiliates page](https://opusmotion.com/affiliates) with a verified Opus Motion account. We review each application and may decline one without giving a reason.

Our [Terms of Service](https://opusmotion.com/terms) still apply to your account. If something here conflicts with them, these terms win for the program.

## 2. Your link and what counts as a referral

- Once approved, you get a link with your code (opusmotion.com/?via=yourcode).
- A referral is a new Opus Motion account created within 60 days of a visit through your link, on the same browser. If the person visits through another affiliate's link later, the latest link counts.
- Existing accounts don't become referrals, and we can't count a visit when the browser blocks storage.
- An account you create or control, or one that we reasonably judge is you (the same mailbox or the same network, for example), is never a referral.

## 3. Your commission

You earn 30% of the amount charged for each purchase a referral makes in their first 12 months from signup: premium exports and credit packs, after any discount and excluding taxes. Free exports earn nothing.

We can change the rate or the 12 months for future referrals with 30 days' notice by email. A change never lowers commissions you already earned.

## 4. Holds, refunds and payouts

- Each commission is held for 30 days, our refund window. If the purchase is refunded or disputed in that time, its commission is cancelled; if it was already paid out, we deduct it from your next payout.
- We pay once a month, in US dollars, by PayPal or Wise to the account you give us, when your available balance is $50 or more. A smaller balance carries over to the next month.
- Fees that PayPal or Wise charge you, and your own taxes, are yours. We may ask for tax details when the law requires them before we pay.
- Your dashboard (Account → Affiliate program) shows your link, visits, signups, and each commission with its status.

## 5. The rules

You can share your link anywhere it's welcome: your videos, posts, newsletter, website and reviews. You may not:

- refer yourself, people in your household or accounts you control;
- bid on “Opus Motion” or similar words in paid search, or run ads that look like ours;
- use our name in a domain name, social handle or app name;
- publish coupon or discount codes we didn't give you, or list us on coupon and deal sites;
- send spam or unsolicited messages, or post your link where the place's rules forbid it;
- make claims we don't (for example “unlimited free videos”), or pay people to sign up without our written OK.

Say clearly that it's an affiliate link wherever you share it, as advertising rules require (for example the FTC in the US and the ASA in the UK), and mark links on websites with rel="sponsored".

## 6. Our name and logo

While you're in the program, you may use the Opus Motion name, logo and our public videos to promote it, without changing them. Don't suggest you're our partner, employee or reseller beyond being an affiliate.

## 7. Leaving and suspension

You can leave at any time by writing to us. We can end the program or your participation with 30 days' notice. Either way, we pay any available balance, whatever the amount, within 60 days.

If you break these rules, we may suspend you at once and cancel the commissions that came from the breach. Deleting your Opus Motion account ends your participation, and unpaid commissions are lost, so ask for your payout first.

## 8. Our relationship

You're an independent affiliate, not our employee, agent or partner. Our liability to you under this program is limited as in section 14 of the [Terms of Service](https://opusmotion.com/terms), and never more than the commissions you earned in the last 12 months.

## 9. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll email you at least 30 days before a change takes effect; staying in the program after that means you accept it.
