## How to use it

## Questions

### How do I reverse a video?

Choose Reverse, drop the video, and download the MP4 when the bar fills. The last frame of your clip becomes the first.

### Is the sound reversed too?

Yes, unless you mute it. A boomerang has no sound: it's made to loop.

### What's a boomerang video?

A short clip that plays forward and then backward, so it ends where it started and loops without a jump. This tool makes it twice the length of your clip.

### How long can the video be?

Up to 2 minutes and 500 MB. On a phone or low-memory device: 1 minute and 200 MB. To play a clip backwards, the tool holds a stretch of decoded frames in memory at a time; longer clips would take too long on most phones.

### Does it keep the quality?

The reversed clip is encoded in H.264 at the same frame rate and a quality setting close to the original, with the long side up to 1,920 pixels.

### Is my video uploaded anywhere?

No. It's reversed inside your browser and never sent to a server. The first time, your browser downloads the video engine (31 MB, once); after that it opens from the cache.
